We have added a beautiful wood burner. This warms the whole beach house in winter and creates a cozy relaxing atmosphere. Make a booking this winter and enjoy cold nights sitting in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet walk along the back beach, or floating in the bay, or fancy visiting any of the many wineries on the peninsula, this beach house has it all at your fingertips. Even the new Peninsula Hot Springs or St Andrews Brewery are less than 10 minutes away.

Vacation property

This vacation property has the following bedding layout:

– Master bedroom houses a queen sized bed, with built in robes

– Second bedroom has queen sized bed, with pull out single trundle for a 3rd guest.

In total the vacation property can sleep 9. Whether that is 6 adults and 3 kids, or in other combinations. Please note 3 beds will need to be shared.

The vacation property also has a self contained bungalow, contains a double bed with single above and pull out single trundle.

This good sized bungalow which sleeps 4, has an LCD TV with built in DVD player, Nintendo Wii with games. The bungalow also has it’s own bathroom, with shower, basin and toilet.

Hosts a double bed bunk, with single on top, and a pull out single trundle below. Adorned with colourful floor cushions and ottomans, it’s a great place for the kids or another family to have some space.

A large, but private north facing deck, with plenty of beautiful sunshine is out the front, with umbrella and relaxing seating.

Out the back is a paved outdoor entertaining area, with 10 seater table, huge umbrella and BBQ. There’s plenty of space for family and friends, or just relax in the hammock with a book under the Moonah trees in the spacious yard.

Property is fully fenced, and well loved and well behaved animals are welcome outside, with a small bond please mention when booking.
